BeaUtiful Healing Garden

A sanctuary of growth, healing, and hope for survivors. Discover a peaceful space to reconnect with yourself, others, and the community through nature, creativity, and support. Together, we heal and nurture the seeds of a brighter future.

A Place for Healing and Connection

Horticulture Therapy through the Healing Garden Project welcomes parents, friends, survivors of domestic violence,  intimate partner violence, and survivors with PTSD and CPTSD stemming from other forms of trauma, whether it be physical, mental, or emotional who want to engage with nature to facilitate healing and reconnect with other survivors as well as larger community. The beautiful healing garden focuses on safety, remembrance and mourning, reconnection, and growth.

The BeaUtiful Healing Garden Project offers:

  • Physical, psychological, and social benefits that help survivors heal and cope with trauma.
  • Community connection: Survivors come together to plant seeds, harvest, grow, and give back to the community.
  • Creative expression: Activities like rock painting and community outreach projects inspire hope. Painted rocks with positive messages are delivered alongside plants to those in need of love and encouragement.

As survivors work on their own healing, they also extend healing to others, creating a ripple effect of positivity and support.
